A good cleaning and facility management job starts with well-groomed staff and Al Wafa has been building an organization of well-trained resources since 2004. All Al Wafa employees are on company sponsorship and are selected through proper interviews arranged by the agent based in the respective countries and after the clearance from the local law enforcement authorities. We have our own training facility and all our resources are given proper training by qualified trainers on their arrival and before mobilizing them to the client’s site. Our staff are briefed on the local rules and regulations to avoid any inconvenience to our staff or the clients.

We deliver services through:
Operations Review Meetings- Our services are supervised by an onsite Project Supervisors. There are Project Managers from respective zones visit the sites and carry out thorough checks to maintain high standard of jobs delivered. The Operation Managers who are in charge of the function will also be meeting the client’s representative and discuss any operational or quality issues at least once a month. Periodic management meetings are also arranged to discuss any serious matters and contractual obligations.
Toolbox Talk- Our senior management get involved in giving toolbox talk to all the team members which may be documented and saved for future reference.
Leave Replacement- All staff proceeding on leave are replaced with suitable replacements prior to their departure for proper handover and knowledge transfer. As our staff are trained on such takeover responsibilities from their colleagues, it is easy to move them from site to site without much hassle.
Dedicated Coordination Team- We have a team of coordinators who are all the time involved in the day to day movement of the junior staff, supervisors and relevant materials to the sites. Our coordinators ensure that a seamless and uninterrupted services are delivered to the clients by continuous liaison with the Team Leaders, Supervisors, Zonal Heads and drivers.
Documentation- As per ISO 9001:2015 and our own quality standard, we ensure that all documentations are completed including client’s acceptance before any commencement of work or contract services. Once we receive confirmations or acceptance of our quotes and official purchase orders are received from the clients, formal contracts are prepared and forwarded to the clients for signature.
The cleaning services and day cleaner activities are monitored by the check lists which are provided and completed upon request and counterchecked by the appointed client’s representative. All chemicals used are tested and carry material safety data sheet which are forwarded to the client upon request.
